today i accidentally hit my friend in the temple with the TV remote...don't ask how, he said he had a bad head ache and felt kinda dizzy at first, i felt like crap after. but does he need to go see the doctor or anything.?.?Health Question & Answer

Your friend should put ice on his head at the very least. He may have a bruise from the impact but probably nothing more. The temple area is mostly bone. The soft tissue you feel beneath the skin is the temporalis muscle. There are a few nerves that pass through there as well but for the most part he should be OK. That said, it's always safe to err on the side of caution. Have someone physically examine his pupils for dilation which could indicate swelling that may affect the brain indirectly or nerves, or both. Sure, why not. If he's insured then what's the harm.?
