I'm on my period, and to make things even worse I have diarrhea right now. It hurts so freaking bad to have cramps, lower back pains, AND diarrhea. We're doing finals tests in school, and I didn't go today, and I don't know if I'm gonna be able to go tomorrow either. The problem is, my dad forces me. It only worked today because I told him he didn't know what it felt like to be on my period and have diarrhea. Tomorrow is my last day, and then I'll be going into Independent Learning which is kind of like home school. It's a half day tomorrow and we get out at 12:25, but still, my teacher's are jerks and they won't let me go to the bathroom until everyone's done with their tests. I'm literally going to the bathroom every 20 minutes, and tomorrow is a weird schedule. I only have 2 periods, and there's 2 hours in each class. Since I have to go to the bathroom every 20 minutes, I don't know if it'll work. :( How do I convince my dad to let me stay home.?! He's really strict. =/Health Question & Answer

Don't. Take. Laxatives. If you have diarrhea. Sometimes your period can make you have diarrhea. Yeah, gross, right.? Do you have any kaopectate or immodium in the house.? That will stop you up so you can go to school and get through half a day.Health Question & Answer

The first thing that you should is to tell your mother. If your mother is not around ask a female relative that can talk to your dad on letting you stay. If that doesn't work go to school. before going to class talk to your school nurse and principle. tell them your situation and hopefully they will give you permission to go to the restroom when you feel like it. if you don't get a note (which im sure you will), go to class and talk to your teachers about your situation. if they do not respond the way you want, this is what you should do :
1 try your best on completing your test.
2 after your test, ask if you need to go to the restroom. if your teacher reply with a no, simply get up and walk out.
3 if you come back to class tell with an angry teacher tell him or her that it was an emergency. and that you told them about it earlier.
4 if your teacher does something unfair(kicks you out, gives you detention, gives you a zero on the test etc.) go to a principle AFTER class( you don't want to make things from bad to really bad!) and tell them your story and the story that you told them in the morning.
if anything the principle does that is unfair , tell your father to do something about it.
ps. you might want to ask your dad or mom for a note if you have to go to school about your situation
after your out of school you might want to see your family dr if your symptoms does not get better
