If they are sugar headaches a reduced sugar intake would help. See item 71 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .

Dehydration and under eating are common causes of fatigue as well as headaches. Most people don't drink enough water.Health Question & Answer

If your job/lifestyle has you on the computer for a long time each day, that's never good for your eyes especially if you don't have many breaks... Problems with your eyes can cause headaches easily because your eyes are constantly having to adjust and strain. If you already wear glasses or contacts, make sure that your vision hasn't changed. If you don't wear glasses or contacts, make sure you're not having vision problems because that would be the big problem.

Make sure you're drinking enough fluids, eating a proper amount, and sleeping well. If none of this is off, then try talking to your doctor about it.Health Question & Answer

You should go to a chiropractor. I have scoliosis (curvature in the spine) and I get headaches a lot if I'm not adjusted. You're health insurance should cover it. It's like getting a quick 10 minute massage and it's GOOD for you. Otherwise see a doctor. Something could be wrong with your eyes causing sensitivity and headaches. Did you just get new glasses/contacts.? As for the sleep, you may just have insomnia. Take some Advil PM and make some caffeine free hot tea at night and read a book (if your head allows it) until your tired. I've found that doing word searches really get you tired, especially after a warm bath. To help your headaches, put an ice pack behind your head and lay a heat pad between your shoulders. My chiropractor told me to do that to help with my migraines. It really helps, and it soothes you. So, try some of those..do some research on chiropractors in your area, explain your problems to him and get it taken care of. If the problem persists after a few weeks, see a doctor. I wish the best of luck to you. Happy holidays. :)Health Question & Answer
