Should I be concerned about the scratch my dog gave me?!

I have a puppy who is four and a half months. About an hour ago we we're playing and he he jumped on me (playfully) and he scratched like my arm, you know where you get blood tests in the arm where it bends, I don't know what that is called but it's there. The scratch is pretty deep, but nothing serious. I used disinfectant, he has all his shots, and is in perfect health, I used it just in case. I put some fusidine on the cut and a bandaid. The thing is it really hurts. I had a tetnus shot in sept. umm any idea what I should do.?Health Question & Answer
