Question: Should I sleep with a heating pad.?
Im on my period and cramp really bad and my grandma told me to use a heating pad, it has worked so far..but my question is, is it safe to sleep with them.?Health Question & Answer

It should be ok, I sleep one when my back starts cramping up really bad. I just keep the temp set on medium or low. That way it doesn't get too hot...and don't plug it into an extension cord. Make sure it's plugged into the outlet itself.Health Question & Answer
I do, but I was reading the directions one day and it said not to. It also said not to lean against it, & that you should put the heating pad on top of the place that needs heat...Health Question & Answer
