Answers:
Yikes! I have this problem too! I know, it bugs the hell out of you. I have braces, and considering where the sore is, it's probably not your braces. You can easily sooth the pain by using some numbing cream like ambisol ( I don't know how to spell it!) or gargling with salt water. If it doesn't get better withen 4- 7 days you should see a doctor.
I hope I helped you!Health Question & Answer

SORE MOUTH, CANKER SORES, OR SORE GUMS:

Before going to bed at night, let the last thing you do before retiring be to rinse out your mouth with 3% hydrogen peroxide. By morning, your gums will feel much better.

Swish some pure cold-pressed sesame oil in your mouth, then swallow it just before going to bed to relieve mouth problems, sore gums, and canker sores.

Swish some extra virgin coconut oil in your mouth before going to bed, then swallow it to help heal the sore spots.

Add 1 cup water that has been brought to a boil with 1 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves. Let steep for six minutes and rinse out your mouth with this as needed.

Use Campho-Phenique liquid on your canker sores or sore gums.

Recurring fever blisters, aka cold sores, cannot be completely cured because they are the Herpes Simplex II virus, but they can be treated quickly, and future outbreaks prevented, with the amino acid L-lysine, found in tablets in grocery and health food stores. If you're among the 90% of Americans who carry this virus that causes oral blisters, start taking 1,000 mg three times a day with meals as soon as you feel an outbreak coming on. The L-lysine supplement may not be safe for people with high cholesterol, heart disease, or high triglycerides.

Mouth ulcers and sores, the nonviral kind, are a common side effect of cancer chemotherapy. Magic mouthwash is a rinse-and-spit mixture of equal parts Maalox, Benadryl, and Xylocaine. While Xylocaine requires a doctor's prescription, you can make a similar solution with the other two over-the-counter products. Don't trust young children to spit it out, instead, dab a small amount on the mouth sore with a Q-tip.

For mouth pain, sore throats, and canker sores try mint gum, mint candies, or mint tea. Mint has a numbing effect on whatever it touches.Health Question & Answer
