Question: Could I have endometriosis.? I am in so much pain, please help!.?

My butt huuuuuurts!!! It'll spread out, then start throbbing again. I tried to go the bathroom because I figured I was constipated, but it just gave me this literally blinding pain. I feel kind of nasueous too. This happens during all of my periods for the first day or two, then it goes away. But it happens after I get my initial cramps.
I took an ibuprofen like a half hour ago and it isn't helping. I want to chop out my uterus and stab it to death!!!
And I get spotting between periods, if that is any assistance.
