I am a 19 year old freshman in college and I still wear a 34 B bra. Is that like pathetically small for a 19 year old.? I am honestly about to get breast implants.Health Question & Answer

I like women with smaller breasts. Generally women with smaller breasts are physically in better shape.
And by the way, B isn't small, where in the world did you get that idea.? American Idol.? Playboy.? I'm serious, our culture is totally screwed up if you think B is small.

I'm a 34AA and it's very hard to find bras in my size. I've heard that when women get older they sag more even if they get implants. You may want to try Victorias Secret as they carry bras with the inserts that are like the inserts that are implanted. It may help you to feel bigger with the bra inserts. I've also heard that having breast implants hurt and it can take awhile for you to recover. Good luck and please don't just get implants just to get big. Bigger breast can cause people to have back pain, and during autopsies the bigger breast usually mean that the natural breast are just fat. Plus insurance don't usually cover plastic surgery that isn't needed. They will however cover surgery that is needed like for a breast reduction for having to big of breast size.Health Question & Answer
I was a 34B until I gained a large amount weight at 25. You might grow a bit more until 21 yrs old, but you probably won't naturally turn in to a D or DD cup by then. Besides, size D breasts weigh 30+ pounds, do you really want to carry it.?Health Question & Answer

Nope, I know some adults with 34 A's. a B is definitely not too small. And they may not stop growing until youre 21.Health Question & Answer
