Ones with the plastic applicators that are tapered at the end. (don't do cardboard, it's a lot harder to insert)
Follow the instructions inside the box. They explain it pretty well. If you're a virgin, it may be a lot harder. The first time I tried, I almost passed out. It's much easier after having sex. But they are soooo much better than pads! also, never use ones that are for heavier flows than you have, thinking, "well, I can just leave it in longer". Don't do that. You'll risk toxic shock. If at any time over the course of those hours that it's in, you start to feel faint or dizzy or pale, TAKE IT OUT.
It'll take practice, but you'll get the hang of it!Health Question & Answer

I use Playtex Glide, with the plastic applicator.
Any brand with an applicator will be much easier and more comfortable than brands that don't have applicators, such as O.B
I suggest either Tampax or Playtex
Haha, btw, I don't remember if it's Platex or Playtex and I'm too lazy to check xD but you know what I'm talking aboutHealth Question & Answer
