Some women wear a bra 24/7 because it's more comfortable than hanging out. Most women know that wearing a bra 24/7 isn't going to prevent "sagging" or anything else. It's all in her head. You THINK wearing a bra all the time will make your boobs firm and perky.
It's like, when someone pokes my nose, I have to pull on it after because I feel like it "went it"!
Edit: I don't wear a bra to bed because it's uncomfortable and the wire gets annoying.
Bubblebee: Sports bra DOES NOT GIVE FULL SUPPORT!!! They keep your boobs from flopping around while working out, but they do not provide the great shape and support that you get from REAL bras. I didn't wear a real bra til I was a B cup (14.5 years old). I used to wear sports bras and they never really gave support like the real bras do. they were really good sports bras, but they are not for every day use. also when you wear them everyday (& wash), you tend to loose the elasticity and they loose support. I only wear bras to bed at sleepovers or at camp... mainly because I don't want anyone to see my lil boobies flopping around.
At home, I don't wear one, because it's fricken' uncomfortable.
