So i'm on my period and i'm crampng alot even though my flow is light. So all last night it felt like i had a severe stomach ache in my lower abdomen. But then i realized its probaly cramps as it is accompnied with lower back pain which i noramlly get. so can cramps sometimes feel like a lower stomach ache.?.?Health Question & Answer

Yeah, they can. My cramps get so bad that I can't even move, I just lay in bed crying for a whole day. Periods suck! It can also cause diarrhea so that may also be part of why you are feeling a stomach ache.Health Question & Answer

Cramps can radiate and cause pain clear up into your stomach. Try using a hot water bottle, it will help with the cramping.Health Question & Answer
