Most athletes(those who work-out intensely on a daily basis) and overweight people don't have regular periods. i would defiantly go to the doctors, i think it could be due to weight issues. periods have been known to become irregular or even stop if you are underweight r overweight. my friend didn't have a period for 6 months because she was underweight.

It's not really necessary to call your doctor. Missing periods happen! My best friend missed her period for two months!! I have missed mine for a month. But if you think you need to see a doctor, that's fine. You never know....Health Question & Answer
Same thing happens to me. If you're young you may still be irregular. It doesn't hurt to call your gyn to make sure every thing's ok though.Health Question & Answer
