Question: Length of hairs.?.?.? also...?

um about 4 days ago i shaved my legs and armpits as i usually do but thats not the problem. my older sis and i got some of that wax in a pot that you put in boiling water, slap on and rip off etc and i was wondering how long your hairs need to be before you wax them. also, can you use this hot ax on your armpits and bikini line, or do you need special wax for those parts.?.?.? im 15 and my sis is 16.
