I wouldn't waste your time.
Most don't work.
Instead try eating healthier, veggies, fruits, ect.
Working out, and such is great too.
and for 3 dollars you can get this little spray bottle you
put 3 sprays in your mouth swish it around for 30 seconds,
and it supresses your hunger. I'm also 16 and this is what I do.
I've also got a gym pass and go for an hour everyday. Diet Pills
aren't worth the time or money. :)Health Question & Answer

you need to consult your doctor sweetie before thinking about diet pills. if you are just trying to lose a little weight then cut out all the junk food and eat three meals a day and include fruit.. then after school, or even before, put on some dancing music and dance for about 30 minutes a day. you'll be feeling great in about a month :)Health Question & Answer
