Ok, so I started having lower stomach cramps about a week and a half ago. They began in the morning, stopped, and then at night. Overnight somehow, the cramps moved even lower, way past my belly button. They have been going on all day now! But how can this be my first period when I just got breast buds a few months ago, and I only weigh 65 pounds.? (don't worry, my height is in proportion with the weight, I am 4 feet 7 inches.)

it could be a stomach ache or it could be cramps. Just because you only started getting breasts doesn't mean your period will come at a later time. they both are not really correlated. Id suggest taking a pain killerHealth Question & Answer
