Question: Question on Post-Op DEHYDRATION .?

Now that I am home -- I no longer have the Saline Drip that keeps me Hydrated.
Because of Recovery -- I Sleep up to 16 hours a Day.
I am waking-up SO Dehydrated that On Top of my Regular Pain -- I feel like my Head Will Explode and I feel like I should Go Back.
My MD says "just drink a lot of water" -- but the medicine that I'm on is also Dehydrating
QUESTION --
1. What is the best "routine" for Staying Hydrated, when I am asleep for So Long .?.?
2. Has Anyone Else had this Problem .?.?
I deeply appreciate Any Advice, 'cause I feel like calling an Ambulance if this does not Change.

I would set up a schedule to drink water. Set an alarm or have someone wake you up regularly to drink water.Health Question & Answer
