I work at Shoppers Drug Mart and they DO have female contraceptive, but there are only like 2 and they are at the bottom of the shelf.
The reason why you rarely see any is because the most common female contraceptive is the Birth Control Pill and is obtained from a doctor, not off a shelf.
also, condoms and the most effective and common way of birth control.
