They will emotionally withdraw from friends, they will usually abhor physical contact, grades may drop, they may exhibit depression, PTSD may develop (posttraumatic stress disorder), most of them become apathetic or the extreme opposite of hyperinvolved with the movement to prevent rape.
They will generally become hollow and you can see the pain in their expression when they look at you. She will not want to be touched and she will probably refuse to trust you.

Its horrible to go through so very quiet at first and very emotional. Doesn't want to speak very much. But it depends on how old she is really. The younger the more likely to not speak about it. To keep it all to themselves. I know through experience 2 years ago but i still get very uncomfortable around boys. also feeling they have just been used and not worth living.Health Question & Answer
Don't they say that you should write about what you know.? You'd probably have more luck writing in the perspective of someone with whom you share similarities.
Edit: I think it's really sad how respondents are making generalisations about rape victims. They don't all respond the same way! "(S)he will probably refuse to trust you." is a horrible generalisation to make.Health Question & Answer
