Question: I keep myself clean and wear cotton underwears, still I get this itching in my private parts and washing with.?
soap burns.? What can I do to get relief.? I have never had any physical contact with anyone, if that helps.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Yes, it is definitely the soap that is irritating your private parts. Soaps contain many chemicals and perfumes that are irritating and drying to the sensitive parts of a female (and male) body.

All you have to do is use some warm water, and a clean wash cloth, no soap. However, you may use a small amount of soap to clean your bum. But not too much, because that area may become dry and irritated as well.

yeah try switching the soap, but if that doesnt work, you might have a yeast infection. dont freak, you can get this without having any kind of contact with anyone, and even if you keep yourself clean. your diet could affect this, your natural body chemistry could cause it, or something like taking an antibiotic could make this happen. switch the soap, and if this doesnt help, go to the doctor to get tested for an infection. if thats what it is, they can give you a pill and you wont have it the next day.Health Question & Answer

I know I get irritated by a certain brand of soap in that area, so that may be the cause.
I would suggest changing the soap your using and if you feel any discomfort, rinse yourself with cold water without using soap.
If you do that and it carries on after a week or so go to your GPHealth Question & Answer

you don't need to use soap at all down there. your body take care of itself perfectly fine itself. so stop using it. if it still persists, you may have thrush and will need the doctor to check it out.Health Question & Answer
