Question: What kind of birth control should i use.?
After giving birth in may, i don't want another child, so what would you recommend for the best birth control and why.? I was thinking about morena.?Health Question & Answer

Yeah morena is a good choice. But an implanted birth control may offer some side effects that may be difficult to deal with. That is without something invasive. I personally am on the Nova ring and it is a really nice and easy. Just put it in and forget about it. Plus if the hormones are not right you can always take it out and change to a different brand.Health Question & Answer
The pill is very effective as long as you are good about taking it. All of them are roughly the same effectiveness...
If you don't think you can take the pill at the same time every day, or don't want to deal with it, an IUD might be a good idea. It can last as long as 10 years, and you don't have to worry about it... though it's not as effective.
I don't know much about the implant but it's the same idea. However, both the implant and IUD do have some rough side effects like heavy periods and cramping and bad pms... Really varies by person though so you have to try them out for yourself.
Same with the shot.. Some people love it, but a lot of people hate it, and it seems to have a heavy dose of side effects.
I would avoid the patch, everyone I've talked to that's had it hasn't liked it.
The pill is likely your best bet because it has less side effects, but also more responsibility so the others would be decent worry-free options as well.
You will likely need to experiment to find something you like.. you can try the patch, the pill, IUD... just try some different ones. They're all roughly the same effectiveness :)
