Embarrassing Q but I'm sure I'm not the only one ... ?!

Question: Embarrassing Q but I'm sure I'm not the only one ... .?
... who has to deal with this.

After a couple of hours of being at work, I notice that there is moisture on my panties which feels very uncomfortable especially when wearing pants.

What do you ladies do/use to control (absorb.?) this.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
it is sweat and discharge. Totally normal and completely annoying. I use panty liners and change them each time I go to the rest room also you can sprinkle baby powder in your panties and rub it in the creases of your legs to prevent the sweating. For extreme cases you can put antiperspirant in the creases of your legs, but don't put it directly on your girly part because it may cause irritation.Health Question & Answer

Cotton underwear or pantyliners. Or just wipe up now and then in the bathroom. I wouldn't mess with it too much since your body tends to do what it needs to do. Be careful about wearing tight pants. Trapped moisture can lead to a yeast infection, and those are not. fun.
Better than dryness, though!Health Question & Answer
