That's so lame they would tell you that. I think you look really pretty have a good shape. Everybody has different set points for their weight and as long as you're doing good in regards to your blood tests, physical health, etc. (which it sounds like you are), then you are fine.
They just need to tell you something is the matter..that way they want you to think they're of some help to you and you'll keep forking them over cash to solve your "health conditions." Seriously...!

And kudos to you for not taking offense to what the doctor says. I know a lot of girls would have an absolute fit...even if they aren't even mildly overweight!Health Question & Answer

You don't appear to be overweight at this point, but the nation as a whole is getting more and more overweight. You are healthy now, but also very young and the doctors are just thinking about how healthy you will be when you are 40, if you don't learn to keep your weight under control. The average weight for your height is 107-157 and your bmi is 25.8, which is technically overweight, but just a little.

hope this helps..Health Question & Answer

I think you look completel normal. What I think the doctor means is that you are healthy now, but are getting closer to being overweight than before. Don't stress about it. Just eat healthy and excercise and you'll be fine.Health Question & Answer

You don't need to lose any weight. You're fine.Health Question & Answer
