When my girlfriend is on her period at my house she asks for ibuprofen I ask her if she really wants it and she quickly says oh it's alright should I still find some for her, I mean I am guessing cramps suck balls. I just don't know how important it really is...Health Question & Answer

If she is asking for midol, She needs midol. You are her boyfriend and the last thing she wants is to look weak or stupid in front of you, nevertheless she asks you for some hoping you don't ask questions and just get her some. that's why she says never mind she is afraid/embarrassed of having to explain herself.

I was unblessed and before i had my daugther, my periods were sooo bad i would cry in pain and roll my bed like a dog with rabbies, after more than the recommended dose of pain killers and some tea my mom made me, i would be so still as to not-to-disturb the pain until i fell asleep (this was only 1 or 2 days the other 2 days weren't as bad) After the birth of my child (women's bodies change) my cramps are mild to none :)
Some women get mild to severe cramps, some get mild to no cramps, and some women get no cramps at all. (until after they have babies, go figure)
depending on the severity but. . .Cramps feel like they are ripping your flesh on the inside of your abdomen, or pounding on it from the inside out, or i guess like when a man pulls a muscle but right in the inside of our abdomen.
PS: Just get it or (if you don't have midol) some extra strength tylenol and tell her to save it for later when she needs it. that way if she is ashame to ask you for it, she will allready have it. Or always have some in your room available to her. [:Health Question & Answer

Trust me the pain is sometimes unbearable if she asks for it, its because she needs it but then when you ask if she really needs it it seems like you just don't want to get it for her. YES give her the drugs! Cramps are a ******! She wouldn't ask if she didn't want them. She just changes her mind so that she won't inconvenience you. By now you should know when she gets it, just go ahead and anticipate her wanting some pain killers, she'll think you are really thoughtful.
