pads are safer but tampons allows you to live your life without the freakin period. Pads totally suck and are gross. Who wants to see all that every time they use the bathroom.? Tampons can leak, but it takes a little time to get to know your flow and leaks can become pretty much non-existent.Health Question & Answer

- Can leak
- Can casue damage if left in for over 8 hours
Pad - GOOD
- great to wear to bed without worrying
- great when light flow not enough for tampon
Pad - BAD
- Uncomfortable
- can see if wearing trousers
- can stick to your pubes
- Have oder
i use a mixture of both depending on flow
