it varies but more often than not its a really bad back pain and then you get cramps like you're really constipated or something and sometimes you feel faint, and other times you feel like throwing up, but more often than not, its just back pain and cramps.

It differs from female to female. I have a real bad pain and it feels like some one is cutting me open with no drugs. My pain is to the point were I fall to the ground if standing and I tend to fold into a fetus position when the pain hits and I have to take vicodin for the pain. Some females have less pain and some barely have pain and some don't have pain at all. Like I said, it differs.Health Question & Answer
Hmm I was trying to explain this to my boyfriend the other night.
For me it is like a deep, burning or squeezing ache where my ovaries would be, and it usually feels like irregular throbbing. I would say the pain is equivalent to a bruise on your knee being pressed hard.

It's different for every person. My sister goes on with life like nothing has changed. I, however, am not so lucky. My back aches, I get terrible cramps in my abdominal, and my legs get shooting pains. On a few occasions my legs have just given right out. I also get very sick on the first day (throwing up).
