I have problems using tampons at times, especially if my period isn't heavy. Try using plastic applicator with a rounded tip, in regular size. Towards the end of your period switch to playtex lite. They're smaller and less uncomfortable. Stay away from super. It's awful trying to pull out, especially when it's still dry.Health Question & Answer
well ya kinda just have to experiment and be brave about it. I know the idea of shoving something like that up there isnt the most pleasant but if it's uncomfortable you probably are not inserting it correctly. A lot of times there is a type of instruction manual in some of the boxes.Health Question & Answer
i dont really find them uncomfortable. as long as you dont use a bigger size than you really need then you will be fine.
if someone says that theyre uncomfortable, they probably arent pushing it in far enough. you shouldnt be able to feel them at all.
you should really try them and theyre great for pools and the beach.
Good luck :DHealth Question & Answer

just toughen up and push it all the way in. once it's in you won't notice it. It's uncomfortable for me too, but then I just brave through it and once it's in i don't notice it at all.
If it's not in all the way it will also be uncomfortable because it's not far enough in.Health Question & Answer

Putting almost anything up there will hurt. It's uncomfortable because it hasn't stretched to accomodate a tampon yet. It'll adapt. Slowly introduce it. If you don't want to, that's ok, use pads which are a painfree alternative.Health Question & Answer
It helps to be lubricated! Try Vaseline and remember to tilt it to your lower back. Relax, and you'll get used to it. Once it's in, if there's any discomfort it'll go away in the next half hour or soHealth Question & Answer
