to 150/100 and doctor did ECG & blood test ECG he found some mild abnormality and in blood test everything ok but only CK-MB (MB fraction of creattinine kinase), serum was 60.40. could anyone pls explain me what is this exactly and why BP shootup in winters only.?Health Question & Answer

You may be starting having Hypertension. In the initial stages sometimes you get the High BP off and on. But later it becomes more or less constantly high. I don't think it has anything to do with Winter as such.
It is mild hypertension at present. You should try to reduce salt in your diet. Go for a walk or do some other exercise everyday for about 30 to 45 minutes. (If not possible at least 3 times a week). Try to reduce stress, lose weight if you are obese, get good sleep every night, eat more vegetables and fruits.
Have your BP checked once a week or once every 2 weeks. Do not rely on home checking machines,as the only reliable ones are the mercury sphygmomanometer which most doctors use. If it is consistently above 130/90 then the doctor will advice you treatment later. If he advice treatment after diet, exercise and weight reduction fails, then take the tablets regularly.
I don't think minor ECG changes at your age is not very significant. Still if the GP insists have a check up with the cardiologist. CKMB is done to diagnose an acute coronary problem. Don't worry about it.Health Question & Answer

I think... 150/100... Is a bit higher BP...
