the weather was a bit cold, on the third day of my periods. i took a cold shower...and after that...there was no longer any blood flow.

having a period only last 3 days doesn't mean you're unhealthy, it means you got lucky and only had to use 3 days worth of tampons/pads. i wouldn't freak out about it if i were you, i had one tat lasted 1 day before, i freaked out too and went to the doctor to ask "what the hell.?.?" he just laughed and said he'd never heard of a woman complaining about having a short period before.Health Question & Answer
I don't think you have anything to worry about. But I know when I was younger my system was so sensitive to the weather. During hot weather I flowed like Niagara Falls, and when it was cold I would barely spot. See what happens when it's time for your next period. If there are any more problems then see your doctor. i thnk that it just ended!! i dont think that u have 2 worry too badly. if ur really freaked out, then go and see a doctor, but i think that ull be fine!! and i dont think that u can make urself get it back.....
