Firstly, having an orgasm isn't all about it physically. I never used to be able to go for some reason and I always thought it was just me. You literally have to be there in the mind. I know that sounds gay but its true.
Secondly, this girl you speak of probably was put off by the experience (understandably) and can no longer have the kind of trust that is needed to reach orgasm with a man. Orgasm if you can't have them is so stressful because you want acheive it but getting dissapointed does not help it. For a victim of a rape, they need to take things slow, build the kinda trust to explore both bodies and try new things. It will take time and only time will help her move on if she chooses and trying new things and new ways finds the spot you want. Every girl is diff. I was and it took years for me to experience an orgasm. Just be patient and it will happen
