A pap smear or pelvic however, that's another story.
It depends on the individual. I usually take a muscle relaxer before I get the latter.

With women usually the first question is:
When was your last menstrual cycle.?
Then they take your height, weight, blood pressure etc.
They should look into your eyes. Some diseases are discovered by looking into the eyes. There are different types of physicals.
