Buy some Cod liver oil capsules, Alfalfa, Whey protein, and royal jelly
take 2 capsules a dad along with the other stuff and drink the whey with milk.
Raise the end of your bed by 12-14 inches and make sure your bed is firm if not then put a plywood and sleep on that, it really helps and sleep without a pillow.
Take a hot steamy shower before you go to bed because it stimulates your glands and also run alot or take a quick 10 min jog before sleeping it gets your system going.
