It does change from female to female however, they often come every 3-4 weeks and last from 4-7 days. It is true that females who spend a l of time with each other tend to be on the same cycle. Word of advice...do not mention the word PMS around a female as an excuse for them being crabby, and do not underestimate the amount of pain they are in...some women get horrible cramps. its only once a month, and for me, im lucky, mine only really last for like 5 days at the most. some women, they last up to seven. when you have a girlfriend, be careful around that time as she will get really sensitive so try not to say anything that will sound rude to her and just be sensitive and give her chocolate and be extra nice with her.

every month for about 4 days. every woman is different tho. some have it a couple times a month some last 7 days or 2 weeks or some even skip a few months and then have it. i would say anywhere from like 2 days to a whole month long some girls can have it. every woman is different.. i probably made you even more confused lol! sorryHealth Question & Answer
