Question: How can i.....?.?.?.? more energy.?!!!.?
have more energy through out the day.?
(don't say sleep more, or use drugs! lol)

Start excercising, cardio mainly, a lil more.. I was so tired and drained all tha time, but here recently for about a week I've been doin about an hour and a half of cardio everyday and it makes me rest much better at night and wake up about 6 ready to go!! I've also been drinkin jus water and eatin alot of fruits and vegetables - bananas, raw carrots, zuccini, broccoli, stuff like that.. Good luck!! Eat a balanced diet. A whole bunch of people are suggesting that you load up on complex carbohydrates but this can be a bad idea. Carbohydrates provide pretty immediate energy but if you eat only carbs your blood sugar levels are more likely to drop later in the day and you will get hungry and run out of energy. You should try to balance your diet between complex carbohydrates, protein, sugars and make sure you are getting vitamins and try to keep out the fats. Healthy eating will gives you more energy.

also it may seem counter intuitive but get some exercise. Exercise increases your metabolic rate, it gets your body running faster, it produces endorphins, which are chemicals in your body that make you feel good. you dont realy have to sleep more... just wake up at the same time every morning.. and eat a healthy and balanced diet... drink decaffenated green tea... avoid caafeine it will make you crash... make sure to eat breakfast and exercise in the morning.Health Question & Answer

Go running everyday. I joinded cross country in thefall and was in a much better mood. Eat healthy and drink lost of water. I'd suggest running about 1/2 hour every day. In cross country we rin 3.1 miles, but at least 1 mile is good :)Health Question & Answer
