I am peeing a lot, please help ?!

Question: I am peeing a lot, please help .?
Basically, i am peeing so much, for example i will go to the toilet and then sit back down and about 10 minutes later feel the need to go to the toilet again, One thing Im really worried about is that this has something to do with pregnancy.. but I really hope not.. i did have sex about a week ago and i know he was using protection but it didnt even go inside me.. because it hurt me too much! Im so scared and I cant tell my mom as Im only 16.. and shes already ashamed that i nearly got pregnant before and I agreed to have no boys so if i tell her, she will react very badly, trust me. please help

and one more thing, My stomach gets quite fatter whenever this happens, now surely if i'm pregnant i will not see a bump or bigger stomach until later down the line!Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Trip to the docs for you love. It is very doubtful this is due to pregnancy as he used protection.

Could be a urinary tract infection, could even be something like diabetes (are you very thirsty and tired too.?)

Anyway it's not useful to speculate; it'll only cause (potentially unecessary) worry. See the doc sweetheart.Health Question & Answer

This could be a number of things. You probably wouldn't exhibit the frequent urge to pee associated with pregnancy until further down the line if you were pregnant (due to the foetus pressing on your bladder). You should see the doctor, you could have a UTI (which can be cured with antibiotics). It is best to get it checked ASAP because if it is a bladder infection, it can quickly turn into a kidney infection. also, you may be diabetic. Which is not as likely.Health Question & Answer

It may just be that you have a urine infection (think its quite common when you first start having sex). Go to the doctor, don't be embarrassed about going coz they are used to this sort of stuff all the time. They can sort it out and your mum need never know coz everything is confidential. If you need her to get you out of school to get there then just make something up.Health Question & Answer

You need to see a doctor so he/she can check you over. Frequent urinating can be a sign of diabetes so you should be checked out for it. Other reasons could be that you have a urine infection. Best be on the safe side and consult your doctor.Health Question & Answer

Its could be a bladder infection or uti or might be pregnancy. You should see a doctor.Health Question & Answer

i would suggest a doctor visit. could be a uti or another type of bladder infection.Health Question & Answer

You might have a water infection brewing, or it could be that you are retaining a lot of water- that makes you need a wee more often. I would make sure you check that you aren't having too much water in food in your diet, salt intake too, that can make you bloated and retain more water.

I would seek medical advice firstly. I dont think you are pregnant but its worth getting it checked. If you have to have your mum go with you, tell her that you are feeling generally unwell, Im sure she wont ask questions.Health Question & Answer

you may have a What is a urinary tract infection.? (UTI)

Most urinary tract infections are bladder infections. A bladder infection usually is not serious if it is treated right away. If you do not take care of a bladder infection, it can spread to your kidneys. A kidney infection is serious and can cause permanent damage.

What causes urinary tract infections.?
Usually, germs get into your system through your urethra-the tube that carries urine from your bladder to the outside of your body. The germs that usually cause these infections live in your large intestine and are found in your stool. If these germs get inside your urethra, they can travel up into your bladder and kidneys and cause an infection.

Women tend to get more bladder infections than men. This is probably because women have shorter urethras, so it is easier for the germs to move up to their bladders. Having sex can make it easier for germs to get into your urethra.

You may be more likely to get an infection if you do not drink enough fluids, you have diabetes, or you are pregnant.

If you think you are pregnant take a test!!! you may need to go to the Dr. good luckHealth Question & Answer
