Safe abortions with pills?!

You can go that route, however it can be very painful according to reviews that I've read. I would go with a D&C abortion if you are within the safe range which I think is before or around 20 weeks. It is much less painful and its done that day and only takes a few minutes. With the pills you will be suffering for at least a week if not more. I wish you the best of luck.
