Question: How do you use a stupid tampon!!!!.?
I have never used tampons before but i've tried to many times. I can't put one in. which hole is it. and which way do you tilt it. please help i hate pads i feel like i'm in a diaper. any any advice welcome. thank you soo much!!!Health Question & Answer

Its best if you practice when you arn't on your period. What i did was keep putting my finger in ''there'' and its right between your legs, try to get a mirror and put the toilet seat down and put the mirror on there, and stand right over it. There should be a piece of skin (your hymen) there and its like a flap and try to put your finger in there (under the flap of skin) and remember to relax when you do this, try to get into a comfortable position and it'll probably take some time but just keep fingering your self and then when you think your ready try to put a toothbrush handle in there, but my advice is try to get ''turned on'' or it might feel weird. Make sure you have short nails too or you could cut yourself.
When you finally think your ready to use a tampon, try to push it towards your lower back and its best to start off with slim tampons and work your way up to the bigger ones.
Just remember to go slow, and relax.

The first few times I used a mirror to put one in. It's the middle hole. Between your urethra and anus. They say to tilt it towards your lower back but if you just lightly push it, it'll just kind of go in the natural direction. And use one on one of your heavier days. It is the only hole really possible. it couldn't fit in the urethra, or pee hole, and i am pretty sure you know you don't stick it up your butt. haha. well i went through this. I know it is nasty but feel around with your finger. you will feel a hole! (It is easy to put one leg on the bath or toilet or just squat on the seat. Put the tampon right almost in the hole, this should be angled as if it was pointing to the middle of your back, once you feel as if your right, push the back end of the tampon in to the smaller end! and wala its in!! make sure there is a string handing out. if you feel as though you cant get it in and want to start over and if there is a little of blood on it, dont worry just use the same one! that is what it is meant for! to get blood on it!
