It seems like your period might be coming. Crying for no reason is usually hormonal and girls get emotional around their time of their period. Even though your pregnancy tests were negative, to be sure, you should either take another one after a week or so, or go see a doctor. Maybe you are sick, depressed, stressed, not eating well, hormonal birth control etc. A missed period can be caused by many things not just pregnancy...of course, if you're only missing your period by a matter of a few days, it could just be PMS or even that you're not pregnant enough for those at home tests to detect a pregnancy.
