Wtf is wrong with me?!


Question: Wtf is wrong with me.?
Ok, last night I stayed up until 4 am. Maybe closer to 4:30 am. But anyway. I got up at 6:20 am. I was exhausted all day during class and when I got home I tried to take a nap. I took a 10 min nap and it took me 30 min or more to fall asleep. Well, now...it's almost 1 am and I'm wide awake. What's going on with me.?Health Question & Answer

your brain naturally produces a chemical called melatonin and it's completely safe. walmart and any pharmacy carries bottles in 2 and 3mg and usually makes you sleep from 4-6 hours in the 2mg. it is NOT a narcotic and NOT habit forming. also, it's less than 5 for a bottle and you only need one a night. you could also try the traditional warm milk, no caffine 2-3 hours before bed time, listening to some soothing music or getting an eye mask(y'know, those neat little ones that cover your eyes so there is NO light even when the sun is blinding your bed..)..Hope i helped!Health Question & Answer

Your body is trying to "right" itself & go back to a regular routine. Is there a reason why you stayed up until 4 or so.? If it was because you couldn't sleep in the first place, you may have a touch of insomnia. Or, you drank too much caffeine before bed. It also could be stress-related.Health Question & Answer
