Right now, use a heating pad and try to relax that's all you can do. If you experience these pains every month when you get your period, you should ask your doctor about being put on birth control. I had extreme discomfort with my periods, my cramps were the worst pains in my life. When you get older, the pain starts to subside a lot to where you pretty much stop getting any cramps at all. Until you reach that point, you should from now on take three ibuprofen that are 200 mg 2 days before you expect your period & it should help a lot. also use the heating pad & watch some t.v. to get your mind off it, the brain can only concentrate on one thing at a time.Health Question & Answer

I use to get those where I'd feel like throwing up really bad for hours until they went away and my legs feel so numb and achy. I usually get a hot tea or hot chocolate and take a nap. Tylenol never worked for me but Midol in the blue pack worked great.Health Question & Answer

Try going for a walk.
A) It will get you away from the annoying one.
B) Walking really does seem to help bad menstrual cramps. Make yourself move and you'll find it doesn't hurt as much after a while.Health Question & Answer
