i always crave anything thats loadeddd with calories, and im on a diet! its no fair! i cant control myself! what should i do.?

the chances are is that you are a strong willed person but I bet your dieting because your (doing it for what others think) rather than for yourself
you need to stop thinking of it as a diet
you need to think that it's a change in your life
not something which is going to stop and start
and that it's something which you are doing for yourself not others
take lots of exercise and drink lots of water after
learn to listen to your body it will tell you what it needs nutrition wise
it's what you get cravings for
just force it to find what it need some where other than sweet sugary stuff
don't have it in the house
always ask your self am I truly hungry or am I just bored or comfort eating and if the answer is yes then get off your fat lardy butt and do some thing other than stuffing your fat chubby face
AND CHANGE YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR OWN BODY SO SHAPE UP AND GET A GRIP
