wear a tampon. If not, its still ok, your perios will not come out in thwe water, however, once you get out, it will be a bit messy so rush off to the lockers and make sure you are protected.Health Question & Answer

Yes, just wear a tampon. :) I wear them all the time while I swim. If you've never worn one try Playtex Sport tampons. They're SO comfortable and easy to put in.Health Question & Answer
