Counting from the day your period starts count 28 days from then and that would be the time it's due next month.. But don't worry if it doesn't come exactly 28 days -- everyone is different 28 days is the average but it varies from every 20 days to every 45 days.. Everyone's cycle is diffrerent.. A 28 day cycle means that you get your period, then once it has stopped, it is another 28 days before you get it again.. Or, it could be 27 days, 29, 30, etc.. That's what they want to know, how long in between each period in days..
