Being a female myself and with so many problems & diseases going on in society today, I wouldn't take the chance.. If I were you, I would go to the doctor to get checked out.. It may have been a yeast infection which is common or it could be something entirely different.. You have to ask yourself, "Is it worth taking the chance".? Personally, I wouldn't take the chance......make an appointment at your gynecologist's office because it sure can't hurt anything! also, I did a term paper when I was in high school on VD and one thing I learned is that symptoms in women often go away undetected while we think they are cured but they remain hidden until later stages when they really do more harm to your system..

and odorous dishcharge huh.... from what i learned in health class.... you should see a doctor.. it could be something.... unprotected sex.? you should get checked out.. if its something thats treatable now and u ignore it you may kick yourself for it later on.. just suck it up and see a doctor..Health Question & Answer
I think that'd depend why you feel you were having the foul odor and discharge.. For example, a yeast infection has those symptoms and may go away on their own.. Chylmdia, on the hand, doesn't clear up without antibiotics......Health Question & Answer
