I have cramps and bloating but no period?!


Question: I have cramps and bloating but no period.?
All day i have had cramps and bloating(like the kind you get with your period) but i dont have my period.. I get it irregularly and its been 29 days since my last one.. Ive never had sex so im not pregnant..
So why do I have all the things I get with my period EXCEPT my period.?Health Question & Answer

Sometimes its different.. I also had that this week im like......"what the heck why am i not having it but i have all the symptoms of it!.?.?!" So then i got it yesterday.. So its just something before probably......its irregular sometimes..Health Question & Answer
