I have heard it hurts bad in the first few days.. I lost a lot of weight and got the skin taken up on my chest and some lipo so I didn't have man boobs and it was pretty painful, first two days especially.. Based on my experience with that plus what I have heard from what women who have had implants, it is painful for a few days..
