I last took the pill Dianette on the 14th of August for my pill free week & due to work commitments haven't been able to make an appointment for another prescription from my GP.. My boyfriend & I normally practice withdrawal but last night we got a bit carried away.. Could I be pregant.? My last period started on the 16th of October but i'd already started spotting.. Definitely after a 13 day interval you could get pregnant, however if this only happened last night I recommend you take the morning after pill, you could be pregnant from your previous withdrawal encounters, but you can take the morning after pill because of last night's incident and that could help prevent pregnancy.. In the UK you can phone your doctor and request a repeat prescription.. They might ask you go in for a blood pressure test but if you are unable to make it before your prescription runs out they should allow you to book in the week after..
You will have to wait four weeks from your last period to do a test :-(
Or you could have zummed off to the doctor or pharmacy and bought/got a morning after pill - effective up to 72 hours after sex but obviously the likelihood of it working decreases with time

get yourself to ur gp for the morning after pill! it can b taken within 72 hours....
