well......drinking a lot of water is a good thing, but for me the best is to try to get my back and my stomach as warm as possible, and also, if I have to go out, I usually take some calcium, because during the period we lose a lot of calcium.. Try it once and see how you feel.. But you should try to drink more milk in your "free days" and this should ease your pain for the next periods..Health Question & Answer
Drink a lot of water, and rest, take a nice hot bubble/non bubble bath, or listen to some music while lying down on a cozy bead! another way is to eat some comfort food, such as chocolate, or raw cookie dough! That helps me when I'm cramping up! >w<Health Question & Answer
