No it won't cause a miscarriage.. Internal ultrasounds are just horrific! I had one the other day ...... had two shots of tequilla before I went ...... I don't suppose that is good advice for a pregnant woman (I'm not).. Geez it took the pain out of the whole experience!Health Question & Answer

get checked out if you are worried for some piece of mind.. If you think the nurse was rougher than she should have been put in a complaint and next time refuse an internal ultrasound.. I have never heard of that and i have 5 kids.. Just make sure you dont have to go through it again.. Best wishesHealth Question & Answer

How far along are you.? Are you feeling any severe cramps/contractions.?

I think you're fine but if you are still worried tomorrow then call your doc and they can check you out..

It's excellent that you are not bleeding..
