Question: How do you make your periods lighter and or shorter.?
I'm 14 and my periods are really heavy.. i have no time in school to change my pad or tampon and when i get home my super plus tampon would of leaked already and my whole pad would be full of blood.. is there a way to make your period lighter.? and they also last for a long time like a week and a half sometimes.. can they be shorter.?Health Question & Answer

if you suffer with really heavy, painfull or long periods you can just go and tell your doctor and they will prescribe you the birth control pill, because as well as working as birth control it regulates and controls periods because it makes your ovaries less active..
