Yes.. Usually I have cramps a few days before I get a period which is my body's way of letting me know it's coming.. But the last period I had it just came out of nowhere.. What helps me is marking it down on a calendar so that I know an approximate date of when it's coming..Health Question & Answer

um yeah that happens all the time..
